<p>If the decision-making process stresses you out, there are ways of managing that stress.</p>
<ol>
<li>Set Daily Caps on News Consumption: Election news will be ubiquitous across all media channels.  Set a daily cap on the amount of time you allocate to being bombarded with election-related news.</li>
<li>Plan Alternative Low-Stress Activities</li>
<li>Increase your level of exercise: The more you work out, the more endorphins you&#8217;ll have keeping you stress-free.  just don&#8217;t listen to or watch the news during the workout. (unless it&#8217;s within your daily cap)</li>
<li>Don&#8217;t obsess over the election:  Your vote counts and you&#8217;ll make an informed decision when the time comes</li>
<li>Learn stress-reduction techniques including those used in CBT.</li>
